2. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details (spelling, dates, colours, sizing) are correct at the time of ordering.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been accepted.
3. Personalised Products
As our products are made to your specification:
- Personalised items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customer errors (including spelling or incorrect details provided at checkout).
- Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Please review your order carefully before confirming purchase.
4. Pricing & Payment

- Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We do not store full payment card details.
5. Delivery

- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges will apply.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
